We have an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to lead the Incident Management capability. Using your skills and experience you will be responsible for the Incident process and policy and to mitigate the impact of IT incidents, service failures and to improve service quality. This is a blended role that will support Problem and Change Management activities across IT Service Management, Product and Technical teams, along with significant inputs into Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and exercising.

In the role you’ll be part of a growing system administration team that plays an essential role in maintaining and developing our education and student-focussed products to support day-to-day learning and teaching activities and broader needs of the institution. You will work with colleagues within our Education and Student Product area as well as a range of partners both internally and externally to develop existing and implement new products, with main focus on support, ease of use and scalability.
