Identifying, recording and managing emissions is a complex task, which businesses of all sizes and sectors will need to go through to achieve net-zero.
Existing tools to support this process are mainly designed for large organisations, so we're targeting support for SMEs to help to develop a knowledge base for managing and reducing emissions. This includes edvice and support on how and where low-carbon technologies, such as hydrogen, heat pumps and electrification, should be deployed.
Our initial projects are:
- Case study of decarbonisation for two heavy industries
- Creation of a “Green hub” to support SMEs in the region
