CISThere is an intermittent issue on the Forms application where the user may see an error message - the request was sent to the wrong application server.

ArcGIS/ArcMapThere is currently an issue where ArcGIS/ArcMap is failing to launch on University PCs.

Users will either see an error stating 'ArcGIS has stopped working' or no error at all.

We are investigating and in discussions with the software supplier. Further updates to come. 

**UPDATE (18/01/24)** - We are still working on this issue. We have identified that it is not affecting all PC's and it seems to be PC's with specific graphics cards which are getting the error. So users may find they can still use this software on some PCs.

As an alternative, ArcGIS Pro is available on university PC's via the software centre and also available on personal PC's. You can find more information about this at: https://students.sheffield.ac.uk/it-services/software/arcgis

Edgar Allen House - Network MaintenanceDuring this time network maintenance is taking place at Edgar Allen House. 

While the work is being completed there will be no wireless or wired connectivity in the building.

SAP - MaintenanceThe SAP system will be unavailable for all users during this time. 

As part of this maintenance, all accounts will be locked, and you will not be able to log in to SAP or any linked systems during the maintenance period. The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period: 

•uBASE
•myExpenses
•myPurchase (SRM)
•myJob
•myTeam

During the maintenance period, you will not be able to book holidays or create expenses, requisitions, purchase orders, or sales invoices. 

You must have logged out of any SAP system before 4pm 1 March 2024, or you risk losing transactions.
