Brenda O'Lague, a Watsonville resident and flutist with the Watsonville Band, came to two of the four concerts with wonderfully decorated fingernails. This is Brenda showing them off for us. |

During intermission, many members of the Watsonville Band came out into the auditorium, many to visit with family and friends who were in the audience. Here are several of them along the far end of the stage. One familiar member of the band doesn't look very happy at the moment, though.. |

The Watsonville Band is known for its unusual and colorful uniform. On the sleeve of each uniform is the band's emblem which is shown close-up here. |

Guy Welty, one of the band's tuba players, just purchased a new Besson EEb tuba. Here he's all smiles as he shows it off to some fellow band members. Norm played on one just like this at the NAMM show three years ago, so he understands why Guy is so delighted with this wonderful instrument. |
