Perform With The
The San Lorenzo Valley Community Band, directed by San Lorenzo High School band director Jon Christian, played for an appreciative audience at the Pacific Coast Manor in Capitola, CA. A small but dedicated ensemble, the SLVCB consists entirely of volunteer musicians who rehearse weekly in the band room at SLHS in Felton, CA.

Mostly Manor residents and staff comprised the audience. All seemed ready for a good time and enjoyable entertainment. |

Not all of the audience was of the human persuasion. Behind us in the window were these two lovely cockatiels which joined the band at times, even providing some extremely well-timed sound effects. |
